Statistics’ Fatma Sevinc Kurnaz named associate editor for two international journals

Fatma Sevinc Kurnaz, associate professor of statistics at Case Western Reserve University, has been appointed associate editor for the Journal of Applied Statistics and Statistical Papers. 

In her role, she will oversee peer review and editorial decisions to advance research in robust statistics, high-dimensional data and machine learning with applications in health and environmental studies.
