Employee Relations will host a training session titled “Supervising Remote Employees” Monday, April 19, at 1 p.m. via Zoom. This session is available to all faculty and staff members who work in a supervisory role.
This one-hour session will cover topics including common challenges for supervisors and supervisees and tips on a variety of topics, including supervising remote employees, team meetings, one-on-ones, providing feedback and more.
