The School of Medicine Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusive Excellence and the LGBT Center will collaborate to host a “Trans Allyship” training Tuesday, June 27, from 3 to 5:30 p.m. via Zoom.
This session will cover the differences between sex, gender and sexuality, current gender identity terms and resources, and ways to support the LGBTQ+ community, specifically the transgender community.
This session is recommended for those who have not taken Safe Zone training at all or within the past two years.
