This winter, the Bon Appétit Management Company will feature blood orange and lemon streusel bars at various cafés across the Case Western Reserve University campus, including:
- Elephant Step Inn Café, located at Fribley Commons;
- BRB Café, located at the Biomedical Research Building;
- Tomlinson Marketplace;
- Spartie Mart; and
- Press and Bakery, located at the Health Education Campus.
Members of the CWRU community interested in trying these desserts before purchasing will have the opportunity to sample bars today (Jan. 26), from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Tinkham Veale University Center’s Koch entrance.
