This September, Kelvin Smith Library at Case Western Reserve University is running a 30-day trial of Cite Them Right, an online platform that provides instructions and examples of various reference styles such as:
- Harvard,
- APA,
- MLA,
- MHRA,
- Chicago,
- Oscola,
- Vancouver and IEEE.
The platform also includes guidance on avoiding plagiarism, AI ethics in research, distinguishing between primary and secondary sources and citing diverse source types.
Through Cite Them Right, CWRU students and faculty can access tutorials on:
- How to integrate sources into writing or presentations; and
- What sources are appropriate to reference in academic research and documenting full reference details.
Users can access Cite Them Right through Kelvin Smith Library’s A-Z Database list and are encouraged to complete a short survey related to their experiences.
