The Department of Human Resources recently introduced the new AllOne Health App—a faster way for employees at Case Western Reserve University to access the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) anytime, anywhere.
While the online member portal remains available, this mobile application offers support at the palm of an individual’s hand—making care more immediate, intuitive and accessible. A key feature includes self-schedule virtual counseling with an internal team of AllOne Connect counselors, which can be booked confidentially and directly in the application.
In addition to on-the-go access and comprehensive self-help tools, users also have access to Izzy, an AI-powered guide for mental health support, which offers:
- Instant answers about EAP benefits;
- Access to real-time mental health chat, self-assessments and coping strategies;
- Navigation to the right tools and resources in the application; and
- 24/7 live, personal support.
