Update latest version of Duo Mobile
To avoid DuoPush Security sign-in issues, members of the Case Western Reserve University community are encouraged to update the Duo Mobile app by Feb. 2. Older versions may have trouble approving sign-ins after that date.
To ensure your version is up to date, open Duo Mobile, tap the menu (three lines) at the top left corner, and check version number for 4.85.0 or higher. If you’re below 4.85.0, update Duo Mobile from the App Store or Google Play.
If you don’t see an update button (or only “Open”), you’re likely already on the newest version your device supports.
