Updated version of Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop now available in Software Center

UPDATED VERSION OF ADOBE CREATIVE CLOUD DESKTOP NOW AVAILABLE IN SOFTWARE CENTER | January 16, 2018

The University Technology ([U]Tech) Software Center updated Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop. Creative Cloud Desktop 2018 provides users with creative, up-to-date tools including new Adobe Stock Images and Character Animator CC. This upgrade does not include Lightroom CC, XD CC and Dimension CC. This update includes new features and improvements in four key areas:
  • Performance boosts
  • Workflow efficiencies
  • Support for new hardware and standards
  • Innovative features
This is not a free upgrade. Free upgrades from previous versions of Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop are not available; users should be sure they need the new features before upgrading from a previous version. Users do not need to purchase/install Adobe Creative Cloud 2018 if they purchased Adobe Creative Cloud 2015 or 2017 after April 1, 2016.
