The Women Faculty Leadership Development Institute of the Flora Stone Mather Center for Women will sponsor a three-session leadership and professional development program, titled “What’s Next?”
The program is targeted to mid-career women faculty members who have achieved tenure (associate or full professor) and are interested in enhancing their formal or informal leadership within their academic units and disciplines/professions.
The objectives of the program are to enhance leadership and career development skills, and develop change leadership expertise.
The program will be held over three sessions: Sept. 9, Nov. 18 and Jan. 27 from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
