Full-time lecturer John Wiehl and graduate student Laura Evers, both from the Department of English, will host the next Writing Resource Center workshop, titled “Effective Writing in the Sciences.” Attendees will learn about general science writing practices as well as how to discern and employ more nuanced writing strategies in various scientific genres.
The workshop will be held Wednesday, March 6, from 12:45 to 2 p.m. in Nord Hall, Room 202. Pizza will be served.
