All Case Western Reserve University students can use MyHealthConnect to schedule appointments for medical or mental health needs, send secure messages to health service or counseling service staff, manage immunizations and more. Incoming students are eligible to start scheduling appointments once they arrive for Discovery Days.
While most students (with the exception of nursing and other health science students) are not required to have received any immunizations, we encourage students to be up-to-date on all recommended immunizations.
As long as you have a CWRU network ID and passphrase, you can access MyHealthConnect at any time.
- Go to the MyHealthConnect.case.edu website.
- Enter your CWRU network ID and passphrase.
- Enter your birthdate and click on the Proceed button.
