During this appointment, your four-year advisor in the Office of Undergraduate Advising Support will want to get to know YOU—your background, interests and goals; what you're excited for and what makes you nervous. They will also work with you to develop your first-semester schedule so you are ready for course registration, which opens on Tuesday, July 21 at 9 a.m. Eastern.
Prior to this appointment, you must complete the Information for your Advisor form on your Roadmap.
Appointments should be completed no later than Friday, July 10.
How to schedule:
- Type “journey.case.edu” into your browser’s address bar. Sign in using your CWRU ID, passphrase and Duo Security two-factor authentication. (You will need to use the Duo Mobile app with two-factor authentication to sign into My Journey.)
- Click the blue button that says “Schedule an Appointment.”
- Select your four-year advisor.
- Choose how you want to meet (Zoom video call preferred).
- Pick a main topic for your conversation.
- Select the day and time that fits your schedule (you may have to click into the next month, and be aware that times are listed in Eastern time).
- You’re all set! You can even add comments and reschedule if needed directly in My Journey
- A confirmation email will also be sent to your CWRU email.
