About the Program

A 24-credit LLM degree program designed for U.S.-trained lawyers looking for additional education and experience in a specialized area. This degree is for lawyers looking to shift to a new field of law, restart your career or supplement your current practice. Earn your degree full-time in nine months or part-time in up to four years, or combine with another graduate degree as part of a dual-degree program.

What to Expect

Courses are offered at the law school throughout the day, including limited late-afternoon, evening and summer options.

Choose your track:

  • Intellectual Property Law—patents, trademarks, copyrights and trade secrets
  • International Business Law—academic analysis and practical applications of U.S. business law and international business transactions
  • International Criminal Law—practice international criminal law before international tribunals or national courts
  • International Law--learn about the legal systems of countries and regions that are relevant to your career plans
