Steve Shober is the Manager of Evaluation at the Center for Evidence-Based Practices at Case Western Reserve University, a role in which he provides technical assistance and fidelity evaluation to behavioral health organizations working to implement evidence-based practices. His work focuses on implementing evidence-based and emerging best practices aimed at improving the quality of life and outcomes for individuals with severe mental illness and substance use disorders. This includes consultation, training, and coordinating and conducting fidelity evaluations.
