The fidelity scale is designed to guide service organizations in their implementation of Supported Employment (SE), the evidence-based practice, by focusing on the processes of organizational change and clinical change. It was developed by the Dartmouth Psychiatric Resource Center at the Dartmouth Medical School and contains the following:
