We face an existential challenge in America. Major shifts in demographic change, housing affordability, and race and class inequality threaten to destabilize our already tenuous social fabric. We believe that the next generation of mixed-income, racially diverse communities could offer a path toward greater intentionality about promoting inclusion and equity in America.
