The team at the National Initiative on Mixed-Income Communities (NIMC) is embarking on the next phase of our quest to foster diverse communities where everyone thrives and experiences belonging. We have reimagined NIMC as a demonstration and learning hub—NP3—where we demonstrate innovative models to activate the power of "transformative interdependence" in Cleveland, Ohio, and take what we learn to share and scale these ideas nationwide.
What does NP3 do?
- We focus on relationships and trust-building across lines of difference.
- We work with grassroots leaders and institutional partners to establish a shared vision, design an operational plan, implement strategic priorities, promote learning and reflection, and establish long-term sustainability.
- We foster a sense of shared humanity and mutual benefit as a pathway to economic mobility, racial healing and collective liberation.
