I have served youth throughout my career in a variety of roles, including youth and family ministry, foster youth advocacy, case management, and substance use prevention education. I have also worked in management, customer service, and sales. I graduated from CWRU with a BS in Management and went on to earn a BTh in Bible and Ministry from Harding University and an MRE in Missional Leadership from Rochester University (MI). I am currently pursuing a Master of Science in Positive Organization Development and Change from the Weatherhead School of Management at CWRU.
While an undergraduate at CWRU, I joined Beta Theta Pi and served as Chapter President, Vice President, and Philanthropy Chairman. Outside of the fraternity, I served as Vice President of Finance for the Undergraduate Student Government. In the last several years, I have been an advisor for the CWRU Beta chapter and volunteered as a facilitator for Greek Academy. I have also served Beta as Convention Secretary and a group facilitator. Much of my professional and volunteer time has been invested in mentoring, coaching, and educating young people.
I live in Euclid with my partner Martha and her son, Sam. My son Matthew lives in Vermilion. When not at work, I enjoy listening to live music, dancing, meditating, listening to podcasts and audiobooks, reading, exploring the Metroparks, and biking. I am an Enneagram Seven, ENFP, and my CliftonStrengths are Woo, Input, Communication, Positivity, and Strategic.
