No, when you submitted your abstract, the system automatically sent it to your PI for approval. If they do not approve it, they will contact you and work with you to revise it for their approval.
A completed registration consists of: (1) Submitting the online registration form and your abstract, and (2) your PI approval of your abstract.
If you are presenting as a group, you need all group members' names and network IDs, majors and schools. It is very important that groups submit one and only one registration form and submit one abstract for all group members.

The presenter is responsible for poster printing costs. Many PIs will cover the cost for their students, but the Undergraduate Research Office does not cover printing costs.
Yes, you need to bring your own poster. Poster printing information is available on our website. We will provide a board, easel, and clips.
Yes, it is possible to rotate your poster board for sizing purposes. We bring extra boards to the event for this purpose, but do your best to request and print the same size.
