Fowler Center Presents Global Goals Workshop to Provost Scholars

On Thursday, April 4, 2019, the Fowler Center had the opportunity to present their “Employees for the Global Goals” workshop to the Provost Scholars. The Provost Scholars program is a partnership between Case Western Reserve University (CWRU) and East Cleveland City Schools. The Provost Scholars travel to CWRU two times a week to participate in mentoring and seminars, among other opportunities.

The presentation was given by Fowler Center Senior Director Katherine Gullett and AIM2Flourish Manager Megan Buchter. Topics covered include an introduction the UN Sustainable Development Goals, or Global Goals, and provocative questions surrounding how the participants might support and apply the Global Goals in their current and future lives.

The Fowler Center is grateful to the Provost Scholars Program for including us in their programming and for allowing us the opportunity to present to a group of such inspiring young people.
