The Weatherhead School of Management is pleased to recognize the following undergraduate students for their excellent work at Weatherhead:

Accounting

The Weatherhead School of Management Award given to the most outstanding senior in accounting. This year's recipient is Nick Talarico.

The Andrew D. Braden Award for Excellence in Auditing and Financial Reporting Studies is given to a student whose achievement as an undergraduate in auditing and financial reporting subjects is recognized as demonstrating attributes consistent with professionalism and leadership. This year's recipient is Katharine Scoville.

The Thomas Dickerson Award for Excellence in Professional Accountancy Studies is given to a student whose high academic achievement and leadership in the integrated studies program in accountancy is recognized as exemplary. This year’s recipient is Mohana Venkatapuram.

The Outstanding Student Award in Accounting is given to a graduating senior who has demonstrated exceptional scholarship and potential for success in the accounting profession. This year’s recipient is Jenny Lee.

The Academic Achievement Award in Accounting is given to graduating seniors who have demonstrated commitment to the study of accountancy based on GPA. This year’s recipients are Eric Chi, Ella Dong, Andy Li, Lauren Robinson, Alexis Tran and Beity Yang.

The Faculty Recognition Awards are given to students who faculty have identified as making particular contributions to the classroom and learning environment and/or serve as model students. This year’s recipients are Peng Goh and Amanda Graff.

The Financial Executive International Award is given to an outstanding rising junior with the potential to succeed as a financial executive. This year’s recipient is Jadon Wyant.

Economics

The Cheryl A. Casper Economics Prize is awarded to seniors for academic excellence in economics. This year’s recipients are Amanda Moser and Jonathan Simon.

The James Dysart Magee Award is awarded to an outstanding student in economics for the senior year. This year's recipient is Brooke Hathhorn.

The Howard T. McMyler Award is awarded to an outstanding junior majoring in economics. This year's recipient is Paris Mather.

The H.W. Kniesner Prize is awarded to an outstanding senior in economics. This year's recipient is Ester Muzychuk.

The Gardiner Scholarship is awarded to a junior majoring in economics who is interested in finance. This year's recipient is Ethan Chuang.

The Robert N. Baird Award is given for academic excellence and leadership in extracurricular activities. This year's recipient is Rebecca Schneirov.

The Economics Department Achievement Award recipients are Stephen Andryc, Chenchen Bian, Charles Bowes, William Brune, Andrew Deneris, Reese Fuller, Anna Gurian, Helen Li, Yifei Luo, Katherine Merritt, Vishal Moorthy, Joshua Nagler, Beckett Pierce, Neil Shah, Abraham Wolpert and Yuchen Zhao.

The Marvin J. Barloon Award is given for outstanding performance in economics. This year's recipients are Asher Baer, Ingrid Gillies, Noah Grindall, Lauren Jensen, Diego Maxime and Satya Morar.

Management 

The Weatherhead School of Management Award is given to seniors for outstanding achievement in the Weatherhead School of Management. This year's recipients are Suman Guntupalli, Brett Mather, Vishal Moorthy, Neil Shah, Zhenning Tang and Lexie Tsudis.

The Robert O. Berger, Jr. Award is given juniors who demonstrate overall achievement in scholarship, as well as notable community participation and leadership. This year's recipients are Jack Auletta and Casey Slaterbeck.

The Nellie Chittenden Carlton Prize is awarded to a senior in management whose outstanding work in the general field of economics shows the greater promise of leadership. This year's recipient is Kevin Zhao.

The Matthew Leskiewicz Award is given to a senior in the Weatherhead School of Management for outstanding leadership and service. This year's recipient is Will Brune.

The Roulston Performance Award recipient is Brandon Yan for outstanding performance in management.

The Kevin J. Semelsberger Prize recipients are Nicholas Balogh, Ethan Chuang, Tyler Horvath, Alexander Lippiatt, James Putnam and Uma Vishnuraman for excellence in management.

The Wolstein Family Award for Excellence in Business Venture Plan Development is given to a student enrolled as a major or minor in Weatherhead undergraduate programs whose business venture development plan is considered to have the highest promise to be successfully initiated. This year's recipient is Kyle Ready.

The Iris Wolstein Award for Excellence in Business Venture History is given to a student whose work on projects and/or coursework related to the study of Cleveland business venture history is determined to have made a significant contribution to the understanding of the business development in Northeast Ohio and related environs. This year's recipient is Charles Bowes.

The Weatherhead School of Management Dean's Achievement Award is awarded for excellence in scholarship and leadership in accountancy/management. This year's recipients are Zachary Gee, Junhan He, Jason Lewis, Samuel McCullumsmith, Nhien Phan, Neha Praseed, Meara Reeder, Alexis Tran and Serena Yin.

The Outstanding Business Management Student Award recipients are Suman Guntupalli and Lexie Tsudis.

The Excellence in Business Management Award recipient is Mason Jester.

The Outstanding Finance Student Award recipients are Brett Mather, Sasha Sindhwani and Nicholas Talarico.

The Excellence in Finance Award recipients are Sanjeev Coorg, Kechen Ella Dong, Christopher Min, Vishal Moorthy, Connor Ryan, Neil Shah and Zhenning Tang.

The Outstanding Marketing Student Award recipients are Jenny Lee and Irene Xu.

The Excellence in Marketing Award recipients are Brian Kwok, Dagny Mavilla, Quinn Murphy and Ruizi Zhao.

The Department of Organizational Behavior Award recipient is Neha Praseed. The runner-up for this award is Michelle Santos Monterroso.
