Mission Statement

Case Western Reserve UniversityPhysical Security Services' mission is to provide our campus customers with prompt professional service including design, installation,and repairs, to both our manual and electronic security systems. We want to meet our customers' needs by providing the degree of security desired consistent with established University policies and procedures.




The Key Shop is responsible for the repair and maintenance of all locks and other door hardware on campus; for re-keying buildings when required; and for the issuance and retrieval of campus keys.

The Keyshop can be contacted through the Customer Service Center at 368-2580 for repairs and work orders.
