Google on Campus September 1 & 3

University Technology will bring representatives from Google to CWRU Sept. 1–3 for a 1.5 hour training on Gemini Enterprise, a private, secure platform that allows users to link disparate business applications. Participants will receive early access to Gemini Enterprise. Separate trainings will be held for faculty, staff, and students, with the two different days covering the same material to allow for more people to be able to attend.

Monthly Conversations on AI Aware Teaching and Learning

UCITE and [U]Tech Teaching and Learning Technologies are collaborating to bring faculty together in an effort to explore Google AI tools. One set of conversations will focus on using Google Gemini to co-brainstorm ways to enhance student learning. In a second context, we will provide workshop sessions to explore Google Gemini Notebook as a secure, sandboxed environment for where generative AI responses are grounded in materials you provide.
