Hannah Jackson knew she wanted to study English as part of her college education. After all, she says, “Not having a novel, short story or poem in my backpack at all times would be incredibly out of character for me.”
At Case Western Reserve University, she majored in both English and business administration. The combination opened doors for her.
She’s worked as a law intern and an author’s intern. She was a Democracy fellow with the Campus Vote Project. And she was a PRISE Entrepreneurship Fellow for CWRU’s Veale Institute for Entrepreneurship, where she helped to make mental healthcare more accessible.
She graduated last spring and started law school at Duke University this fall.
That’s what happens at CWRU. You study what you love. Across disciplines. Gain experience. And it all leads to BIG results.
At CWRU, you can combine your interests—studying majors of your choosing across business, engineering, humanities, math and science, nursing, performing arts, pre-medicine and social sciences. That’s because at CWRU, you’re admitted to the university as a whole, not a particular school or major. So you can reach every goal you’ve set for yourself.
When you choose CWRU, you’re choosing a BIG future that meets your interests and your plans for the future. Nothing will stand in the way.
