Clark Hall Room 206 is not part of the university reservation system, but it may be used for humanities department events. Please email bakernord@case.edu to check on availability.
If your reservation is accepted, please adhere to the following rules:
1.) The furniture may be reconfigured according to your needs. However, it must be returned to its original configuration at the end of your event. This includes:
- The tables must be locked together in the appropriate order. The end tables only have locks at one end, while the middle tables have locks at both ends. They must be placed in the correct order so that the locks fit together and can be secured. The tables should be centered on the carpet. (see image below)
- The padded chairs should be placed around the locked seminar tables. One on each end and six on each side.
- If you use any of the stackable chairs, they must be restacked on the racks and placed behind the table in the alcove. Each rack holds a maximum of eight chairs. Chairs fit in front of each other. (see image below)
2.) You are able to use any CWRU approved caterer in Clark Hall. Please make sure that tablecloths are used for all serving areas and that everything is cleaned-up/disposed of at the end of your event.
3.) All blinds must be pulled up.
4.) The media system in 206 can be used for presentations but any assistance must be arranged through Utech. You can submit a request for support through the Help desk. Please be sure the system is powered off before closing the cabinet doors.
