Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Program
Enterprise Risk Management facilitates the systematic identification, assessment, management, and monitoring of risks that could affect an organization’s ability to achieve its strategic and operational goals.
ERM offers a vital framework for effectively managing risks. By aligning risk management with the University’s strategic priorities, it empowers informed decision-making that drives success. With clearly defined roles and responsibilities, ERM promotes accountability within our organization. It safeguards the University’s valuable assets, reputation, and stakeholders, ensuring their protection. Moreover, ERM enhances our long-term sustainability by fostering resilience and building and maintaining unwavering trust among all stakeholders. Embracing this approach is essential for our future success.
