Welcome to the relaunch of the Community Relations Newsletter, a monthly community engagement touchpoint from the Case Western Reserve Office of Government and Community Relations.
In each issue, you’ll read about the people, partners and programs who make our Case Western Reserve community and surrounding neighborhoods a more engaged, vibrant and collaborative space. We’ve also included a list of area events.
I’m especially excited about the relaunch of this newsletter because there are so many positive community engagement stories to share from Case Western Reserve. And I believe that the more we share these stories and these points of connection, the more we can all rise together.
Enhancing community engagement also is among Case Western Reserve University President Eric W. Kaler’s priorities, so the university is poised to have an even greater impact on our campus and surrounding communities.
I hope that you find this newsletter to be a helpful resource and I encourage you to share it widely among your peers and colleagues—especially those who live, work and visit University Circle and its nearby neighborhoods.
Also, please feel free to share your feedback on this newsletter with me—we want it to be informative and to provide readers with ways to engage in our broader community. Look for subsequent issues to arrive in your inboxes on or around the second Monday of each month.
Until next month…
Julian Rogers
