Federal Lobbying
As required by law, Case Western Reserve University must report its federal lobbying activity and expenditures to Congress every quarter. Faculty and staff who wish to, or anticipate engaging with policymakers in an official capacity, should inform the Government Relations team in advance, as these interactions must be included in our quarterly disclosure.
State Lobbying
Ohio law requires Case Western Reserve University to file tri-annual lobbying and expenditure reports to the Office of the Ohio Legislative Inspector General. Faculty and staff who wish to, or anticipate engaging with state policymakers in an official capacity, should inform the Government Relations team in advance, as these interactions must be included in our reports.
