Jeremy Seth Honaker is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) and received his Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) at the Case Western Reserve University, Frances Payne Bolton School of Nursing in Cleveland, Ohio. He is also a Certified Wound, Ostomy, and Continence Nurse (CWOCN). He received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) at Eastern Kentucky University, in Richmond, Kentucky.
He specializes in general dermatology and wound care. Received recognition as the Jonas Nurse Leader Scholar and the Legacy Fellow from the Frances Payne Bolton School of Nursing, in Cleveland Ohio. Jeremy is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing and Wound, Ostomy, Continence Nurses Society.
Jeremy provides general dermatology care at University Hospitals Concord Health Center in Concord, Ohio.
