Ray Muzic visits Taiwan for symposium and to meet friends (past trainees)

Dr. Ray Muzic, Director of the QIL, visited Taiwan as an invited speaker at the International Symposium on Clinical Applications of PET/MR Imaging at Chang Gung Memorial Hospital, Taipei, Taiwan. The conference was organized by Tzu-Chen Yen, a prominent physician scientist. Speakers came from across the globe to speak about technology development and applications of combined PET/MR systems. As a bonus, Ray got a chance to meet QIL alums Husan-Ming Huang, Yu-Hua Fang and his very first PhD student (who also has an MD degree) Chi-Hsien Huang. The group got a chance to do some touring by car, ride the high-speed rail, visit Sun Moon Lake and to do some bicycling (Ray’s favorite). Taiwan is a beautiful tropical island populated by amazing people.
