An MEM student is also more than just one thing. They are trained not just to be able to solve engineering and business problems, but also to see the context of those problems within both your company and the greater marketplace. The   Master of Engineering and Management (MEM) program is a one year program for recent engineering graduates to hone their problem-solving skill set. MEM students complete business and management as well as advanced engineering courses to become ready to tackle the complex problems your business faces with creative solutions. Emotional Intelligence, Teamwork, Communication, Creativity, and Cultural Awareness of the fundamentals of the MEM program. Interested in having a CWRU MEM student in your organization?
