Let’s start with the fact that CWRU students are never just one thing. The world is changing more quickly than ever, and CWRU students are the adaptive, intelligent drivers of the future. CWRU students are more than just smart or geeky (with a top 40 university like CWRU that goes without saying). With a CWRU student, you get more than good grades and a top notch education; you get big ideas.  Lots of them:  in the last year and a half, CWRU students launched 31 new ventures, including 4 that showcased at the 2014 Consumer Electronics Show. You may be wondering why this number is so high? CWRU is listed as one of the top 20 schools to contribute to innovation and we have the 8th best entrepreneurship program in the country, but that isn’t why. CWRU students are trained on every level to think creatively. The university’s emphasis on experiential learning and adaptive thinking not only produces some of the best creative problem solvers in the country, but passionate individuals who want to make a difference in the world.

Our students care about more than individual success.  CWRU ranked 4th in Washington Monthly’s Guide to Colleges that Contribute to the National Good and we made Campus Pride’s Top 25 LGBT-Friendly Campuses list.

We could go on, but ultimately we want you to form your own impression of our students.  So, post a job with us, come to campus for a career fair, an information session, or on-campus interview.  Or, contact us about connecting with our students virtually.  However you engage them, you’ll be impressed.
