Report highlights Diversion Center’s impact as Cuyahoga County weighs new crisis center

cleveland.com: Karen Coen Flynn, senior research associate at the Begun Center for Violence Prevention Research and Education, noted an analysis found that roughly a third of clients of the Diversion Center returned for additional services. “With these types of services, people do not just come in one time and they’re done,” Flynn said. “It’s not a magic cure...It’s a process that people go through.”
