Build a stronger team with the Office of Student Activities and Leadership
Looking for a meaningful way to strengthen your team, enhance communication and build connections among colleagues? The Office of Student Activities and Leadership at Case Western Reserve University offers interactive leadership and team development workshops for faculty and staff departments, committees, student organizations and student leadership teams.
These workshops combine the CliftonStrengths assessment with a customized team workshop designed to help participants understand their unique talents, improve collaboration and maximize team effectiveness. They also offer engaging sessions focused on communication, consensus-building, leadership development and interactive team-building activities that are perfect for retreats, staff meetings, and professional development days.
Whether you're welcoming new team members, strengthening an existing group or helping student leaders work more effectively together, these workshops can be tailored to meet your team's goals and needs.
All workshops are facilitated by Office of Student Activities and Leadership staff members and are available free of charge to members of the CWRU community.
