Center your wellbeing during challenging times

Case Western Reserve University faculty and staff members are invited to participate in a three-part Zoom series designed to help individuals center their wellbeing during challenging times—sponsored by the Wellness Program. 

This series features guest speaker Stella Grizont—national bestselling author, positive psychology expert and executive coach—who will lead the upcoming sessions.

Those who attend the series will have an opportunity to receive a free copy of Grizont’s book, The Work Happiness Method, which will be given to 10 participants.
