Beginning today (Sept. 22), the campus community is invited to visit the newly renovated first floor of Tomlinson Hall. Led by Campus Services, the renovated space is designed to create a modern, welcoming environment for students, faculty, staff and visitors. The reimagined layout offers bright and spacious study, meeting and lounge areas while thoughtfully retaining the building's historic architectural features.
Alongside expanded seating, Bon Appétit Management Co. is introducing an updated culinary lineup on the first floor of Tomlinson Hall:
- Near & Far: Flavorful Mediterranean dishes (accepts meal swipes and retail).
- Roast & Pour: Artisanal Solstice coffee, espresso and fresh bakery items (accepts meal swipes and retail).
- Sweet & Savory: Gelato and crêpes as well as gourmet S’mores sourced locally from Chocolate Emporium, featuring gluten-free graham crackers, kosher marshmallows and vegan/kosher chocolate options.
- Frozen & Fruity: Smoothie bar
Contactless dining solutions have been integrated to streamline service. Guests can pre-order for cubby pickup via the Transact Mobile app, use self-service kiosks or place coffee orders at the counter.
The space will be open:
- Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- Friday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
It is closed Saturday and Sunday.
