Customer service dispatchers honored for exceptional service

Campus Planning and Facilities Management (CPFM) Vice President Dean Tufts, along with Director of Operations and Customer Service Bridget Flowers, presented Vice President appreciation coins to CPFM Customer Service Dispatchers Jermaine Brown, Diane Olshavsky, and Kiara Lane. The Vice President's coins were given in recognition of the dedication and exceptional customer service that Jermaine, Diane and Kiara provide to CPFM and the CWRU community.
