PrecisionHawk, a company contracted by Facilities Services, will fly a drone (unmanned aerial vehicle) over several university buildings Wednesday, Aug. 23, from 6 a.m. to approximately noon.
The drone will collect data using thermal imaging, still shots and video to facilitate roof and façade repairs.
PrecisionHawk will have personnel on the ground and will be able to watch the drone throughout the entire process.
