Athena Vrettos, associate professor of English, was part of a live chat about the lure of Oz stores. “One thing I think we are attracted to is how the Oz stories are about finding out who you are by exploring places that seem unreal and are filled with magic,” she said. “So Dorothy finds her real power by stepping into someone else's shoes.”
