Join James Beard Award-winning Wampanoag Chef Sherry Pocknett in conversation with artist M. Carmen Lane, founder and director of ATNSC: Center for Healing and Creative Leadership. Together, they will explore Indigenous foodways and storytelling through practice, experimentation and learning, viewed through the Baker-Nord Institute’s fall programming theme of “Encounters.” This theme explores how encounters challenge assumptions, generate new meanings and transform individuals and societies.
This event will be held on Tuesday, Oct. 28, from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. in Tinkham Veale University Center, Senior Classroom.
