Hand-activated crosswalk strobe lights, signs around campus

HAND-ACTIVATED CROSSWALK STROBE LIGHTS, SIGNS AROUND CAMPUS | December 8, 2021
STORY BY: EDITORIAL STAFF

Members of the Case Western Reserve University community are advised that many of the crosswalk strobe lights and signs on and near campus must be hand-activated by the person crossing the street.

This is particularly true of newer crosswalks. For example, the crosswalks between the Samson Pavilion and JJ Garage and also on Juniper Road near the Nash Walkway have crosswalks featuring this type of activation.
