Yahoo! News: Cassandra Robertson, professor of law, commented on a McCarthy-era law to strip a Somalia-born Minneapolis man of his citizenship over actions that took place after he became a citizen. "All citizens have a right to freedom of speech and freedom of association, and the Supreme Court has been very clear that those rights apply absolutely equally between native-born citizens and naturalized citizens," said Robertson.
