States are rushing to redistrict following a Supreme Court voting rights decision. Here's why Ohio won't be. 

WEWS: Jonathan Entin, the David L. Brennan Professor Emeritus of Law, discussed a recent Supreme Court’s ruling that makes it much harder to draw districts that ensure minority representation. Entin said the case could open the door to GOP-favored redistricting. After the decision weakened the Voting Rights Act, some states may redraw maps—but Ohio likely won’t soon due to its 2025 process.
