Are Trump's tariffs too big to fail at the Supreme Court?

USA Today: Juscelino Colares, the Schott-van den Eynden Professor of Business Law at the School of Law, called the Supreme Court case on Trump’s tariffs “the biggest trade case ever, by orders of magnitude.” He noted that a ruling against Trump could force the government to refund billions, disrupt logistics, and create a massive impact on the federal budget.
