WEWS: Michael Benza, senior instructor of law, discussed a recent rash of school threats. “They are in a special category of crimes in the Ohio code labeled terrorism, and those are the types of charges that these students would be looking at,” he said, adding that in some cases, prosecutors will charge students as adults.
