Hahn Professor of Law and co-director of the Law-Medicine Center, said people whose medical information was exposed in the unredacted Fauci diaries would face significant legal hurdles because the release “doesn’t fit squarely into any of the privacy laws,” calling it “sort of bizarre behavior.”
