Learn how to access Google's advanced AI platform

Faculty, staff, postdocs and students at Case Western Reserve University can now access Google's advanced AI platform using their CWRU credentials.

As part of the university's new partnership with Google, Gemini Enterprise provides secure AI tools to support work. Unlike traditional AI chatbots, Gemini Enterprise is an agentic AI platform that allows users to go beyond simple prompts.

Features include:

  • Enterprise-grade security: Work within a secure environment where university data is not used to train public AI models.
  • AI-powered research and analysis: Explore complex questions, summarize information and uncover insights.
  • Connected workflows: Bring information together across applications, including Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
  • Custom AI agents: Build personalized, no-code AI agents to assist with multi-step tasks and repetitive processes.

Ready to get started? Visit case.edu/gemini and sign in using your CWRU Single Sign-On credentials.

As with all AI tools, users should follow university policies for responsible use, including restrictions on entering sensitive or restricted university data. Students should also follow academic integrity requirements and their instructors' guidance.
