The University Technology ([U]Tech) office will upgrade login management tools for members of the Case Western Reserve University community on March 9 between 6 and 8:30 a.m.
To enhance the security and usability of network ID and passphrase management processes, updates will include a passphrase reset and change, passphrase verification and account activation.
During this maintenance window, existing login management utilities will be unavailable. After the upgrade, legacy URLs will temporarily redirect to the new tools. Users are encouraged to update existing bookmarks to the new pages once available, rather than rely on redirects, which will be removed.
