Maintain a proper record for major and capital equipment

Members of the Case Western Reserve University community who use or are in charge of major and capital equipment are required to accurately maintain a proper record of all university assets and their locations for financial reporting, auditing and federal compliance reasons. 

When a piece of major or capital equipment is moved to a new location or transferred to a new or different PI on campus, an inventory change request form is required to be submitted to controller-equipment@case.edu prior to the move.
