Benefits-eligible faculty and staff members are invited to join one of two Reflection Point groups, which the Wellness Program will offer this fall. Reflection Point brings faculty-led literature seminars to workplaces and community settings to build confidence, critical thinking, communication, collaboration and creativity.

Over the course of 12 weeks, the group will discuss three different books. Through shared narratives, Reflection Point encourages and nurtures work cultures rooted in trust, open dialogue and strong social connection—all critical elements of wellbeing.

Two sessions will be offered:

  • Wednesdays (Sept. 6–Nov. 29) from noon to 1 p.m. via Zoom; and
  • Thursdays (Sept. 7–Nov. 30) from noon to 1 p.m. via Zoom

Participants must commit to attending at least 10 of the 12 sessions to be placed on the roster. Preference will be given to those who have not participated in the past year. Contact Elizabeth Click at erc10@case.edu if you are interested in participating this fall.
